The MARCA Excel reeds for alto saxophone are designed to deliver exceptional responsiveness and great tonal stability. With their thick blank, these reeds guarantee a quick response while offering a rich, projecting sound. The tone is bright and dynamic, with beautiful depth in the low register and clarity in the high register, making them ideal for a wide range of performances, whether as a soloist or in an ensemble. The thickness of the blank allows excellent control of articulation and flexibility in nuances, giving alto saxophonists the ability to express the full richness of their instrument.
